Home Lisbon Hostel: 最不推薦的里斯本旅舍

已經糾正了半年有多了應該結束吧,
抱憾沒有住到這在網上頗有好評的旅舍,
說不定住上的話我會對它的客戶服務改觀吧。

反正放這裏我本人是一定會批的。
那真是一次失預算的預約我長了兩根白頭髮(拔啊拔)

I don't know this is a shame or blessing that I was not able to stay in this hostel. My trip long anticipated to Lisboa was in January, and I made the reservation August 2015. One month before the stay They sent us email saying there would be renovations and closed for the period. So we asked the refund of the reservations. For few times by email to and fro, they promised and asked all the banking details,  from then on they tried to dodge the responsibility, saying the international transfer fee(30 Euro cost from their bank) was too high(!!!). Since this last piece of information I failed to receive any information from them. They just ignored our emails since then. I don't think they can provide any great services by this kind of attitude. This is just heartless. Has been more than half a year now and I decided to end it up by this review. Adeus. Btw my trip to Lisboa was still fantastic.
