Takoyaki/たこ焼きの作り方




ヽ(✿゚▽゚)ノ I CAN MAKE IT!!!!

Receipt!
(Actually not a receipt at all, just a copy of the step by step on the package....adding a little imagination haha:)


  • Takoyaki powder 250g ( half of the above pack, bought it at a Japanese store)
  • 600ml water(the instruction said 800ml, but after adding 600ml I thought it is quite dilute already, therefore I stopped :P)
  • 2 eggs(here I am good at obeying)
  • Cabbage ijulienne(found one in refrig, about to expired)
  • Melted butter (just a little amount, apply onto the pan surface before adding the mash, non-stick use)
  • Octopus pellet


The whole thing is not as difficult. As observed days by days(?) in front of those Japanese quick food shops I quickly adapted. It is real easy job. I would my job could be as easy as this. 


Apply butter, 
pour half of the solution mash to the mold close to level, wait. 
After the exterior formed, add cabbage and octopus, flip it to 3/4 sphere, add some more Takoyaki paste then. Flip flip flip, perfect balls done.


Served~ I am satisfied.。:.゚ヽ(*´∀`)ノ゚.:。
